1. Our Services

Home Massage Dubai provides professional outcall massage therapy delivered to your home, hotel room, apartment, villa, or other agreed location anywhere in Dubai. Our certified therapists offer a range of treatments including:

• Swedish massage
• Deep Tissue massage
• Hot Stone massage
• Thai massage
• Aromatherapy massage
• Couples massage
• Sports massage

All services are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature. Any request for services outside the scope of legitimate massage therapy will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment still due.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you receive an acknowledgement from our team via WhatsApp or email. To secure a slot:

• Please book at least 2 hours in advance for same-day appointments.
• For evening slots (after 8:00 PM) and group bookings of two or more therapists, we recommend booking 12–24 hours ahead.
• Provide your full name, location address, preferred time, and the service type when enquiring.
• We reserve the right to decline a booking request at our discretion.

Booking confirmation is subject to therapist availability. We will notify you promptly if your preferred time is unavailable and offer an alternative.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include the therapist's travel to your location within standard Dubai coverage areas.
• The confirmed price is communicated before the session begins. No additional charges will be applied without your agreement.
• Payment is due after the session is complete.
• We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and bank transfer.
• A surcharge may apply for sessions outside central Dubai districts or for peak-hour bookings — this will always be disclosed in advance.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellation with more than 2 hours' notice: No charge. You may reschedule free of charge.
• Cancellation with less than 2 hours' notice: A fee of 50% of the agreed session price may be applied to cover the therapist's travel and reserved time.
• No-show (therapist arrives at the confirmed location but cannot access the client): The full session fee is payable.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to therapist illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, no charge applies and we will offer a priority rescheduled appointment.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and safe session, clients agree to:

• Provide an accurate, accessible location with a clear space of approximately 2–3 metres for the massage table.
• Be ready at the confirmed appointment time. Waiting time beyond 15 minutes may reduce the session duration or incur an additional charge.
• Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or contraindications that may affect treatment safety before the session begins.
• Treat our therapists with respect and professionalism at all times. Aggressive, inappropriate, or threatening behaviour will result in the immediate end of the session with full payment still due and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Ensure that minors are not present in the immediate treatment space during the session.

6. Therapist Conduct

All Home Massage Dubai therapists are certified, professionally trained, and bound by a strict code of conduct. Our therapists will:

• Arrive punctually with all equipment: massage table, clean linens, and professional-grade oils.
• Maintain confidentiality about the client's identity, location, and session details.
• Perform only the agreed therapeutic service.
• Decline and terminate a session immediately if a client behaves in an inappropriate or threatening manner.

7. Health & Safety

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor before booking if you have any of the following conditions:

• Recent surgery, fractures, or open wounds
• Blood clots, deep vein thrombosis, or circulatory disorders
• Active infections, contagious skin conditions, or fever
• Pregnancy (please notify us — we offer appropriate prenatal techniques)
• Severe osteoporosis or cancer

Home Massage Dubai accepts no liability for any adverse effects arising from failure to disclose a relevant medical condition prior to the session.

8. Limitation of Liability

Home Massage Dubai's liability is limited to the value of the session booked. We are not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal property during a session.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
• Delays caused by traffic, access restrictions, or events outside our control.

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of Home Massage Dubai services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly stated. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
